To accompany an article and enhance a reader’s experience, you can add your video in the ‘Submit an Article’ form when you submit. Share the link to YouTube and submit written content at least 3 paragraphs long and NOT just a video. If in your video you are calling out your social media sites and properties such as your blog, website, etc. it is mandatory to include ‘Find me on The Wellness Universe’.

            Hi Anna,
            a quick update.

            1. My preemie blog was published Nov. 17th! Thanks for the opportunity to write for WU, I do love it.

            2. My blog for Word Disability Day to be published Dec. 3rd is with Ashley.

            3. Sorry to say I’m behind with my 3-part blog series… My daughter had to stay home for the last three weeks due to the air pollution/wildfires and got very sick with bronchitis on top of it. Now I have a sinus infection – caretaker blues.

            Yes, I’m exhausted but need to pack my stuff…flying with hubs to Germany for biz tomorrow. And prepare everything for the caretaker. I need this away time… it’s just the two of us, much-needed couple time and of course I get to hug my sisters back home!

            Today I had to drop away from trying to finish the blogs – do what I preach – give myself some love and a break to not feel overwhelmed by it all.

            I will finish the blog asap and send it to Ashley. It’s not time sensitive and can be published whenever it fits your schedule.

The main point is that women have a difficult time focusing on themselves when they receive a cancer diagnosis because they are always trying to support their parents, their children and their partners.
