My work combines my training in counseling and psychology with my intuitive gifts. My approach to counseling and therapy is holistic, and I draw from a variety of theoretical frameworks, tools and techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual client. I work with children, teens and adults on the challenges of life transitions, coping skills, stress management, trauma, grief and loss, parenting concerns and spirituality.
I received my PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Princeton University, and completed my postdoctoral training in the department of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Columbia University Teachers College. I earned my MA in Counseling from Fairfield University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a State Certified School Counselor. I discovered my intuitive gifts by practicing meditation.
I have authored four self-help books for parents, teens and preteens, and I am the mother of two spirited children.
