      • Sometimes it’s tough advice to follow, even for me. However, I always feel better after I write from the heart.

          Writing is very challenging for me. I research, write, rewrite. When I write a blog I may post it when I feel finally minimally satisfied, or else when I feel it meets an immediate need of clients that I want to communicate with.

            • How lovely that you shared your experience. If you love to write, or want to write because of the way it makes you feel, I say go for it. While the words may struggle to come out perfectly, never worry about that. Just keep writing. The more you write, the better writer you become. How great is that?

    When stress is bottled up, you can’t breathe. More likely, your breath is shallow. You need oxygen to combat stress, so take 5 minutes and do some deep diaphragm breathing. It’s amazingly simple how well this works to dash stress. Try it.
