Thank you @annapereira for including me and for all you do! Love the tips on smiling more. Gratitude is powerful and so is a “kudos” file… I have a few. One is a box of cards and momentos from friends and family, one is electronic via email – I save all the good stuff and celebrations, and Flash cards! It really helps to fill my head and mind with the celebrations and FUN and JOY! Love the idea of the phone – great point to scroll thru the great memories!
