These are interactive sessions so please come prepared to participate.
The intention is that you walk away feeling seen and heard and that you glean a better understanding and appreciation for your own uniqueness and how to go about expressing who you are in a more real and authentic way. These conversations are about validating what you may already have been questioning so that you can either begin or deepen your own sense of what is true for you.
