I’ve practiced Yoga for over 30 years & taught since 2008 in studio, corporate, & high school settings. I’m an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500®), a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), a 140-hour YogaFit® Warrior Program graduate (designed to address the stressors & traumas that are unique to our military community), an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach (100-hour YogaFit® grad), Ayurvedic Practitioner (YogaVeda graduate) and a Reiki practitioner.
Causes and Organizations
In partnership with the Women Veterans Initiative (WVI), I have offered trauma-informed yoga classes for female Veterans and their guest. I also volunteered my time to the WVI at their other functions such as their annual "Salute to Women Veterans" and "A Taste of Wellness: Retreat for Women Veterans".
