Misty is a former HR Manager turned self-care specialist. With a bachelor’s in Business Administration and health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she started her company, Love Your Life, in 2017 - oddly the same year she lost her mother to cancer, got divorced and left her HR job to pursue her business.
