3 Tips for Inner Peace


The country is in a state of great change and many of us are feeling lost, angry, sad, scared and uncertain. My Friend, please go within and when you start to feel these negative feelings, pray and focus on love.

Tips to maintain positive health thorough this shift:

1. Each of us has the power of positive energy in our heart. We must be stronger than our fear. Let’s not be consumed by the fear and allow it to turn us into negative people. Keep praying and do what you can in your world to stay positive.

2. Surround yourself with news and information that is GOOD for you. Being informed is important, but being bulldozed by a constant media blitz of negativity will affect you emotionally, mentally and physically. Limit your exposure to the news.

3. While everything appears to be spinning out of control, the only thing for certain which we can control is our thoughts and actions. Let them be rooted in and emanate love, as it is the essence of the Divine and the way to peace.
