A little bit more about Anna….

I am a psychologist and after working with clients trying to deal with anxiety, depression and crises in life I would often hear them say, ‘I wish I knew this earlier, why don’t we learn these skills and strategies in life?’ My vision is to proactively teach people important life skills that will enable them to effectively navigate the ups and downs of life and to craft the life they desire in its various domains whether that be family, finance, mental, spiritual, creative, physical, social, career or business.
