By way of introduction, my name is Juan Blea and I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (at the Master’s level) who believe with every ounce of my being that reflective journaling can lead to great sources of internal, positive energy. I’ve witnessed both darkness and light, and I think they both have value for learning.
