Usually on Fridays I will have a joke... instead my heart is heavy over the recent shooting in Parkland, Fl close to my house. So many shootings in the past and this one took place so close. Happy Monday! #Pain is not your enemy; whether it is physical, emotional or mental. It is only an indicator that something is not working out. Listen to your body and to your inner voice of wisdom. When we ignore the signs, gentle whispers turn into louder voice that can manifest as pain. Maybe you need to take a rest, say "no" to another project or social obligation, or let go and forgive yourself and others.
