I have a passion for health and fitness! My passion for health and fitness stems from being an athlete. I was involved in sports from an early age and have always lived a healthy and active lifestyle. Naturally, I wanted to pursue a career in the health/fitness industry, so I earned a BS in Kinesiology. From there, I worked in cardiac rehab. I loved every minute of it, but ultimately felt boxed in due to industry standards and guidelines and knew I needed a change. Fortunately, something found me!
