What Happens in Jean’s Sessions?
Jean works with “Courageous, Creative Conquerors,” people who bravely face and accept mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual challenges and recognize the transformational power of the healing arts (music, visual art, dramatic arts, creative writing, and movement). Private and group sessions are scheduled at your convenience and available weekly. Those who attend Jean’s expressive arts sessions experience the expressive arts in a safe environment. Sharing on camera or interacting with others is optional. In both the group and private sessions, you can select your chosen method of expressive art and design the session based on your unique preferences.

Why Work With Jean?
Jean has a lifetime of experience working with unique individuals using the expressive arts. She has worked in multiple environments: home settings, schools, prisons, hospitals, nursing homes, universities, and online private or group sessions. Jean has presented workshops and educational presentations to small groups of twenty and to larger groups of up to six thousand attendees. Jean also worked extensively as a consultant and a resource specialist, adapting programs and designing materials to meet a wide variety of needs.
Those who choose to work privately with Jean Voice Dart learn to feel, reveal, and heal by identifying buried emotions and rediscovering abandoned or neglected pathways to healing. Jean assists others in accessing their creative imagination, embracing their unique positive power, and transforming their lives to discover joy. Each private session is specifically designed to meet individual needs.
What is a Senior Partner?
Being a Wellness Universe Co-Owner and Senior Partner is a dream come true for Jean. She is grateful to have found the Wellness Universe. The Wellness Universe motto is that “happy, healthy, and healed humans lead to peace globally,” and Jean’s life work is in 100% alignment with that mission and purpose. Partnering with dedicated wellness experts to provide valuable resources, outstanding education, and joyful, life-changing transformation is an honor and a lifelong commitment to service. You can learn more about Jean and the other senior partners here: https://www.thewellnessuniverse.com/leadership-senior-partner.
Why Try the Expressive Arts?
If you are feeling overwhelmed, you are not alone. Life will consistently present us with challenges and changes that profoundly affect us emotionally, physically, and mentally. How can we manage life challenges? When we trust, we experience gain, and the arts are trustworthy. They bring confidence, instant gratification, and success, opening doors to joy.
The expressive arts are a highly effective coping strategy for unexpected challenges. Remember, you are a powerful, positive world-changer. The future is yours to create, and the expressive arts are always here to help you make miracles happen.
Who Benefits?
Those who work with Jean enjoy a safe, private, one-on-one session or an informal creative community in a relaxed environment. This allows others to embrace and express blocked feelings, release creative flow, and discover unique gifts and talents.
People of all ages and cultures benefit from the expressive arts. Through the miraculous power of the creative arts, an unconscious woman taps and hums to music, nonverbal children speak their first words, incarcerated prisoners shift from rage to tearful humility, paraplegic adults walk and feed themselves, and depressed and socially isolated seniors come out of seclusion to embrace a new life of service in the community.
Whether your challenges are temporary or life-long, the expressive arts are a safe, successful solution when other approaches fail.
What Can You Expect?
You can expect group and private sessions to be safe, confidential, and supportive. Group sessions include a personal quiet time for working in silence, later returning to the group to share creative efforts. You have the freedom to determine your level of interaction with others in a group. You can turn your video off and create privately as a silent observer of others. Supportive communities build confidence and lift self-esteem. Both group and private sessions offer freedom and flexibility to achieve personal or professional goals specifically designed for each individual.
Jean uses visual art, music, movement, creative writing, or dramatic arts to meet with groups or privately with individuals. Private, one-on-one grief and trauma expressive arts sessions are scheduled online at a mutually convenient time. You can also register online to reserve your date and time. Classes and workshops are scheduled through the Wellness Universe on the LearnItLive platform. Weekly group creative sessions can be scheduled with other Courageous, Creative Conquerors adults who have experienced great success achieving personal goals, using the expressive arts. Check out Jean’s instructor page to see what classes or private sessions are offered and to register. If you don’t see a time that works best for you, contact Jean to arrange the best time.
Special Considerations
Jean is happy to offer pro bono, reduced rates, and a sliding scale on her private one-on-one or group sessions services to those experiencing temporary financial difficulties with limited incomes. Feel free to reach out to discuss financial arrangements.
