If you are feeling overwhelmed, you are not alone. These past few years have been challenging for all of us, as we faced significant life changes that profoundly affected us emotionally, physically, and mentally.

Many of us experience anxiety, depression, or grief from loss during these uncertain worldwide times and must make life-changing decisions. The expressive arts are a highly effective coping strategy when life delivers unexpected challenges. As an Expressive Arts Specialist, my clients have FUN, and get it DONE!

Who Benefits?
Those who work with me enjoy a safe, private one-on-one session, or an informal creative community in a relaxed environment. This allows others to embrace and express blocked feelings, release creative flow, and discover unique gifts and talents.

As a Registered Music Therapist (RMT) and Grief and Trauma Coach (CCF), I have personally witnessed miraculous success with those experiencing temporary or long-term, chronic challenges such as generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), TBI (traumatic brain injury), neuropathy, paraplegia, autism, memory loss, chronic pain, and more.

Whether your challenges are temporary or life-long, the expressive arts are a safe, successful solution when other approaches fail.

Experience
I have over forty years of experience working with individuals using the expressive arts. In addition to my certifications mentioned above, I am also a Master Level Energetic Teacher and Practitioner. I am a registered practitioner with the Healing Arts Collective and currently schedule clients online privately for private, one-on-one, grief and trauma expressive arts sessions. I also host a weekly group creative session and produce my podcast, “Courageous, Creative Conquerors,” interviewing creative adults who have triumphed over trauma using the expressive arts.
