Dedicate Your Day with an Intention

In my last mindful manifestation meditation series, I talked about the power of setting an intention. Today, choose to dedicate your day to a specific purpose. For example, choose to see the beauty within, in other people, and all around. By offering a dedication each morning, you encourage yourself to live mindfully aware, setting the tone of the signal you are sending out to the Universe and what you will experience throughout your day.
