I am an advocate for Mental Health, writing and speaking from lived experience to help break stigma surrounding mental illness. I live in Perth, Western Australia, where I am currently studying the Diploma of Mental Health.

I regard wellness of our entire being as a complete package with our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness deserving equal respect, understanding and support.
