Bio
Positivity Thought Leader. Nature Addict.
Susan Cross helps people see the world in powerful new ways as a positivity thought leader, crusader of self-worth, author, and speaker. She’s also a passionate advocate of connecting with nature to reduce stress and anxiety, and to improve mood.
Her first book, The Power of Disruption: A Memoir of Discovery, was an Amazon best seller and tells the story of her own journey of rediscovery after she nearly died when her appendix ruptured while vacationing on the remote Caribbean island of Dominica.
She has also co-authored, with her husband Jon Cross, Chapter 11 (Finding Your Zen: A Recipe for Natural Restoration No Matter Where You Live) in Laura Di Franco’s international best seller, The Ultimate Guide to Self-Healing, Volume 2. In it, they share how their journey to restore their property to its rare native state has become a metaphor for living their lives with intention. She lives in the rare habitat of The Oak Openings Region, which is located near Toledo, Ohio.
Susan is also the author of Chapter 17 (You Are Enough And You Always Were) in Dianna Leeder’s international best seller, Find Your Voice Save Your Life where she details the exact, powerful moment she recovered her own voice.
Susan’s alter ego is that of a public relations professional of nearly 30 years in corporate America.
