Bio

Stacey Gayer (She/her/hers) has roots in the DMV where she started her first business as a personal trainer right out of undergrad @ U MD. Her love for health & wellness expanded when she moved to Philadelphia where she received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 1997. She practiced for 20+ years in Pennsylvania where she single-handedly created the Pelvic Health program @ a local hospital.
