I am so happy to announce that it is confirmed that I will be going to Seoul, Korea to speak to soldiers at Yongsan Army Garrison in October. They said this is the first time they have selected a speaker outside of their community and they chose ME! 19884163_10155647775738606_1793700012247638492_n

As I was walking this morning, I saw a Man face down in the parking lot of a church. Others walked by before me and did nothing...smh. I stopped walking and called 911. I told the operator the issue. She said she would send the police and I could continue my walk. I said ok and hung up. I took two steps and turned around. I couldn't walk away leaving him! 🙁 I felt responsible for him. I decided to wait for the police. They came 30 minutes later. I watched as they approached him. They shook him and he stood up. These police officers handled him with care. I was glad to see that. I continued my walk. Somebody had to do something...why not me? My friends showed up afterwards. Release your Faith, knowing with assurance, that ALL circumstances will work in your favor today. 2014-07-21-GrowaKeyInnerStrength

There are so many people in pain and don't know how to get out of it. So...Heal at your own pace. Don't rush through your emotions, don't ignore or avoid them. It just makes the process longer and harder. Don't be so hard on yourself and don't blame yourself. You are not responsible nor should you be held accountable for your abusers actions. Take care of yourself and know that you ARE that strong person you were before the abuse. Its just buried. Once you peel back the layers of pain, that person will surface and then you will be stronger, better and wiser than you have ever been. You can heal completely. It just takes time, patience and your willingness to love yourself more than anyone else. Stay strong and know that you are getting better moment by moment. 3d-leaf-water-drop-hd-free-desktop-hd-wallpaper-1198772

There are times when you may think that you are not enough. At some point, you may have bit into the lie that you are not all of that or where you should be. I'm here to remind you that YOU...are awesome and right where you are suppose to be. Stop beating up on yourself, based upon someone else's opinion of you or 'their' opinion of where you should be. They don't know!!! Stick your chest out, hold your head up and keep walking in your Masterpieceness! Remember God said He created us to be a Masterpiece. I'm walking in mine...are you? 11127_1689444134616323_7518531316005765262_n
