Ande Lyons is a pro-aging advocate, podcast host, and community builder on a mission to shatter ageism.

With over 900 podcast episodes under her belt, Ande has spent more than a decade “edutaining” audiences through bold, unscripted conversations that inspire action. After raising venture capital, scaling businesses nationally, mentoring founders globally, and co-hosting Boston’s high-energy 99-second pitch events, Ande has fully stepped into her encore chapter.

At 69, she hosts Don’t Be Caged By Your Age, a podcast spotlighting people who are thriving after 65 and rewriting the narrative on aging. She also founded the New England Podcasters Group (NEPG), a vibrant in-person community where podcasters connect, collaborate, and grow together every 2nd Saturday of the month and online via the Community Pod Garden.
