Hello! My name is Caya Tanski and I’m the owner of Yes2Life Natural Health. As a trauma-informed naturopath, homeopath, chiropractic physician, energy medicine practitioner, and spiritual mentor, I am here to support you and people of all ages and genders through a wide range of health challenges.  Recognizing that imbalance often has physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, I take a holistic approach to care. Using a variety of specialized modalities, I listen to your body and spirit’s unique wisdom and help facilitate healing at every level, empowering you to a live fuller, more vibrant life.

I work with a wide range of physical and emotional health concerns. My clinical experience includes providing integrative support for cancer patients, immune dysfunction, women’s health issues, gastrointestinal disorders, and pediatric care. I have also helped athletes optimize performance and supported individuals through grief, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. Drawing from my expertise in functional medicine, homeopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, BodyTalk, neuroemotional techniques, and other integrative approaches, I tailor care to your unique needs and wellness goals.

I have been a lifelong student of several wisdom traditions, including Buddhism, mystical Christianity, yoga philosophy and practice, and Native American spirituality. I teach classes in natural wellness, lead meditation programs, and facilitate workshops and retreats on mindfulness, healing with nature, and Awake in the Wild.
