I started my own healing journey nearly 25 years ago, after my own serious health challenges at 19. From there I began studying reiki, meditation in my early twenties and later a wide range of holistic therapies, stress management and related disciplines including counselling, coaching, cbt, mind therapies and various meditation and relaxation techniques.

But like many therapists and coaches who are dedicated to helping others I constantly under valued my services and only focused on being of service to other’s which often impacted my own quality of life and health. It wasn’t until the later years I started to step up. 

This is something I saw regularly in other therapists like myself despite being trained in many healing and holistic disciplines I had many health challenges and would travel widely over scotland to the best therapists I could find. And ironically many of the most gifted and dedicated healers I met were the least financially successful many struggled as they dedicated their life to be totally of service, while I met many other very poor quality therapists who charged crazy prices for poor service .

Through the years I have met many extremely gifted healers and therapists go out of business because they don’t charge enough and far more because they don’t understand business or how to market them self. I had many business and health challenges which impacted my earning capacity particularly due to poor mobility and stamina issues, required rest periods throughout the day and sometimes large chunks of periods when I was too ill to work. But my business survived because of great online marketing, reputation, dedication and yeah maybe a bit of determination but I knew my purpose.

I know am housebound and have been guided to passing my expertise, my knowledge, my understanding of business to holistic and spiritual business owners just like you. I have been self employed for 16 years but I also come from a family business background of entrepreneurs that goes back over at least 40 years.

My heart and soul is guiding me to help heart based business owners who are struggling to know who their ideal client is and how to improve their online marketing into a powerful message that resonates their uniqueness, their gifts, no one else.
