Anne discovered energy medicine healing in the early 80s as a certified polarity therapist and reflexologist. However, it was discovering Reiki that really awakened her passion to tap into the potential of universal energy. She collaborated with Brian Wark, Canada’s first Reiki Master Teacher, and together they provided workshops for several years.

Throughout this time, she was also a practicing Social Worker, specializing in child welfare, addictions, and all kinds of trauma. She maintains it was energy medicine that enabled her to manage a stressful and often trauma-inducing career.

Now that she has happily retired from Social Work, she has developed a love and passion for Dolores Cannon’s incredible work in hypnosis (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), which resulted in her QHHT practice.
