Manuela’s lifelong motto is “Be (with) someone who makes you happy.” She has over thirty years of experience studying a variety of yoga traditions in Germany and the US, specifically Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, which is a powerful mindfulness-based practice that assists students in connecting with their core essence. She’s also conquered the extraordinary challenges of being the mother of a special needs daughter.

Her mission is to share her tools with special moms like herself to not lose sight of their dream while supporting their child to find theirs. She offers workshops and private lessons and shares her healing journey with her daughter in blogs and a soon to be published book. A private Facebook group supports moms like her in their daily struggles.
