I teach busy businesswomen, entrepreneurs and career professionals how to obtain a healthy work/ life balance with quick, fun and easy core strengthening techniques and workouts - through group classes, training workshops and personalized coaching and support.

My corporate background as an Actuary, analyzing today’s health risks and understanding the importance of obtaining an optimal health.

My fitness and health journey started in 2008, back home in Malaysia, when I weighed 105lbs, yet was considered “fat” by my performance team. I decided to incorporate a daily routine with 2 hours of cardio while starving myself daily. I was able to successfully loose 10lbs in a short amount of time. Experiencing my own health challenges as a professional woman in this fast-paced world and wanting to “HAVE IT ALL”, I became passionate about living a “fit” lifestyle.

The following year in 2009, I moved to the US and was able to return to a normal diet. But I wasn’t happy with the way I looked and wasn’t enjoying my inconsistent workouts due to my busy schedule. My lack of technique led to knee injuries and required physical therapy. I began my transformational journey of creating a STRONG, BALANCED and HEALTHY lifestyle, and focused on self-love! I started meditation, discovered Pilates and joined Pole Fitness. I hired a personal trainer and incorporated a balanced diet. From 2015 to 2019, I trained and competed regularly, winning several competitions, and created my own modalities of core strengthening.

TODAY, I finally given up on trying to “HAVE IT ALL”! Living and enjoying a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle by loving myself and my body. NOW, through my own personal journey, my mission is to “inspire, empower, motivate and TEACH women to love their body, feel confident, energized, strong and amazing every single day”! I have a realistic approach to working out and staying healthy, by enjoying your favorite foods (without a restricted diet) and feeling energized throughout the day (without additional cravings).

My philosophy is simple - replacing one habit at a time with a customized strategy and plan that suits your lifestyle, in less than 45 minutes a day!
