I am a Certified Life Coach, Speaker, Author and Recovering Addict with over 28 years clean. I use my experience as someone that has done the work to heal from sexual abuse,  a dysfunctional childhood, overly critical parent and drug addiction to help others on their recovery paths. I believe that Inner Child and Dysfunctional Family work are two greatly underused areas of recovery and healing. I have made it my mission to change this.
