Michelle Drielsma is an Exercise Physiologist (University of Sydney), Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCA2) and Functional Range Conditioning Coach (FRCms). Michelle has also studied with the CHEK Institute and FMA Strength Institute. Michelle's passions are Surfing, Injury Prevention, Sports Rehabilitation and Natural Athletic Development. Michelle is the owner of Sydney Strength & Conditioning and has worked with various professional and amateur athletes, particularly Surfers. In 2016 Michelle published her first book, Fluid Surfer - The Surfer's Bible to Endless Performance & Injury Prevention with foreword by 2 times surfing world champion, Tom Carroll.
