As the Social Media Manager for The Wellness Universe, I create digital content, increase social media engagement, and make connections to enhance The Wellness Universe’s mission.

As an energy healer, I help people come back to alignment, body, mind, and soul. I assist in releasing resistance and blockages and help promote clarity, harmony, and wellbeing.

I am currently attending school for a degree in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching.
