Welcome. I'm Maria Feider, Social Media Manager for The Wellness Universe, wellness educator, author, speaker, and future Integrative Health & Wellness Coach.

I am passionate about helping people discover resources, perspectives, and practices that support whole-person wellness and empower them to live with greater confidence, hope, and purpose. Through my work, I strive to inspire, educate, and uplift others while connecting them with resources that support mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

As part of The Wellness Universe mission of creating healthy, happy, healed humans, I use social media, writing, education, and community engagement to help bring wellness resources and meaningful conversations to people around the world.

My Story

My passion for wellness is deeply personal.

Throughout my life, I have navigated challenges related to mental health, self-esteem, and confidence. These experiences taught me the importance of support, connection, and the courage to keep moving forward, even when the path feels uncertain.

In my contribution to The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care: 25 Tools for Navigating Loss, Grief, and Transition, I share a vulnerable chapter of my own journey, including experiences with mental health challenges and experiences with addiction growing up. Through sharing my experiences, I hope others can see that healing is possible and that no one has to navigate life's challenges alone.

I believe we are here to support one another. When we share our stories, seek guidance, and remain open to growth, meaningful transformation can happen.

These experiences inspired my commitment to helping others discover hope, resilience, and self-belief. As a future Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, I feel especially called to support young women in strengthening their confidence, trusting their voices, and recognizing their inherent worth. I hope to help others see what I have learned through my own journey: healing is not always linear, and every person is capable of far more than they may realize.

Communication and community engagement have long been important parts of my journey.

My leadership experience includes serving as Youth Regional Chief Officer with Youth of Unity, where I supported young people through leadership, communication, and community-building initiatives.

I have participated in public speaking opportunities, including co-leading a conference workshop, contributing to wellness discussions, and supporting community engagement through education and communication.

I have also appeared as a podcast guest, participated in interviews, contributed to summit events, and engaged in wellness-focused conversations that promote personal growth and mental health awareness.
