Game On. It’s said the definition of stupidity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result. I’ve been dieting the old school way and gym up@to five times a week with barely any result, including increased fitness and it’s frustrating. I read about Keto, not in depth, but this rang true for me “your body is busy getting rid of the sugars you put into your body and never gets to the stored fat.” Hmmm. So, over the next week or so I’m going to transition into complete sugar free.
