Digestion is the last thing you want to think about, not the first. I help women and kids who struggle with digestion and just don’t feel like themselves anymore. They’re tired of hearing nothing’s wrong and that it’s all in their head.

I am a nutritional therapy practitioner and own KPB Balanced Wellness.  I take time to look at the whole picture and piece together why my clients feel as they do and get them back to feeling great.

I totally get being consumed by symptoms and not knowing which way to turn. I’ve been there. I’ve struggled with digestion, adult acne, low energy and anxiety and I remember just wondering how I would ever get out of the hole.

It is so hard to see the forest through the trees for yourself. Why keep going in circles?

I help my clients understand in easy-bite size pieces what is going on in their body and give them actionable steps to move forward. You leave feeling more confident and comfortable in your body and how to nourish it for your best you.

Everyone should have the chance to feel fantastic and just get back to doing what they do best. That’s way better than spending the day stressing about symptoms that just won’t get better on their own.
