Beth Allen is the founder of HIP Chicks (Home Improvement Project Chicks).  She is a funny, sassy, tenacious chick on a mission to empower women to be Smart, Capable and Confident as homeowners and beyond.  Her trademark is “Teaching Women How to Screw…and Hammer too!”

 She is also the author of an upcoming book titled Flush the Fear - A DIY Guide to Eliminating Fear, Anxiety and Negative Crap from Your Life.  Beth is a DIY expert, speaker, interior designer, and licensed contractor, who lives in the Philadelphia area. This married mother of 3 teenage boys and former RN has been featured on Philly TV over 80 times, including NBC, FOX, ABC and PHL. Her YouTube Channel has over 1 million views and she has been a contributor to About.com, eHow.com and the Philly Home Show.
