It's always a pleasure to be part of positive change. Here's some new feedback from a recent client: "Anxiety with other people and situations seems to be gone. There is a real difference in new situations and in doing things I don't like to do. I am able to do these things without the added feeling in my body. Before, I thought anxiety just came with the territory. Now, I can just do something and take it as it comes, without all the anticipation and fears. People are also responding to me differently." Now I feel like it is a new day, and I no longer carry around the 'baggage' of the past. It is so subtle yet big and freeing.
