My fitness and health have forever been important to me but at 51-years old it looks different than it did in my twenties.
Remember I told you how I hadn’t worked out consistently for three months? It may have been more like four or five! Uhg

My fitness and health have forever been important to me but at 51-years old it looks different than it did in my 20s, 30s and 40s.
It’s less about how I look and more about the reality of the importance of maintaining my health so I can be around for as long as possible, feeling as great as possible, doing all the things with my beautiful family that I want to do.
So, 2 weeks ago I started a spin class with my son's beautiful girlfriend, Olivia and so far, I love it!
Tons of research shows that we are over 80% more likely to stick with it when we have a partner for accountability. Not that Olivia needs it--but I sure appreciate her!
