Like a filter on a coffee ☕️ or a filter on a photo 📸, a filter is a filter, a playground, a playground to be experienced if we choose too. Recognising we run our own filters to our authentic self is understanding a depth of SELF in a program. When we shift into using a filter in presentation, to feel good, to fit in, we expand the link, distance in separating our self from an organic direct link of natural resources in the whole field and bring boundaries and limitations in a way we play, express and receive in the game. The awareness playground allows us to catch a SELF in program and rewire a way to play... when our program doesn’t have to play a certain way it can flow in a natural source effortlessly... fl

From the seat on my couch perspective... and consciousness playground perspective... The frequency in questioning, can be limiting the options for fields to play in... for example “Does that bother you” now creates fields into formulation of bothering... once again a question can only vibrate and create reactive realities, playgrounds, life, that are where we are currently functioning from. So if the formula in question read... “How did that feel?” We have now moved out of a possible victim consciousness into an empowering self opportunity to identify our connection with the experience, in the whole field. Again both fields are reflective in seeing things as separate and only we can give them a value, in playing life. It is all in our storytelling which becomes our reality, so awareness in delivery of what we are looking for also has an effect on the outcome. I am not saying don’t offer... I think offering an opportunity in sharing a perspective opens more fields for those limited in seeing that way... yet whether it is a right way or wrong way... we will make it so by how we tell or share our story. Our own self awareness in what we are delivering effects the whole field in play. I feel it is about empowering curiousity about the game, life, fields of experiences through the moments that arise and for example if we play the so called competitive (limiting expression to an experience) or moreso “passionate love of the game” (higher frequency) it will be a more organic unfolding. Neither really can be higher or lower, organic or inorganic, yet reflectively we seem to enjoy one more than the other, yet none carry any value only the value in that we carry of it in our self through the experience. The understanding of feeling in a playground has almost come to a point in recognising the programmed way we are led to think we feel and can be truly disconnected to the actual feeling experience itself. Our language formula is often delivered in implicating an expression in delivery to be understood yet to understand has a depth of awareness in there is no thing to understand. As we let is flow, it comes and goes, as we do so in the reality we call life. Yet to feel is an experience to be had and many of us have filtered the experience from such a programmed life time that we actually don’t realise the feeling experience we play in, is, and has been formulated and set up residence. It’s not flowing and free of expression its a consolidated understanding of what we have given an interpretation, in that an attachment to the experience and a way to play the experience often defending the essence in that it flows to formulate a limited outcome in doing so. Our vulnerability has structured protection, control and security from a shield we have formulated, or a field in that we continuously turn up to play in. As the saying goes, the student is us, as much as we are the student, as much as we are the field as we are not the field... for me I think its powerful to be touched by the essence of the experience and play the feeling playgrounds and allow it to flow, as it is, albeit uncomfortable or pleasant, both those are what we have formulated and associated our thinking it to be so, yet an opportunity of experiencing a natural flow... if there is a flow. wa

The curiosity in a disconnection in connection with our being through an understanding of the feeling playground. Feelings in connections with our words and actions as one, instead of a separation in being. The art of the whole space is made of particles that can limit its full experience and expression in that when we are attached to a field like feelings, we can sit in the essence of the feeling instead of allowing the flow of feeling in being. Being said, the art in the whole expression is realising that feelings are a playground, as are emotions, as is physical, mental, spiritual, masculine, feminine let alone a coffee or family experience. I am adventuring down the masculine dominance in play and the feminine expression in play in reflection of its experience, or is it suppression verse vulnerability? I am going to go with suppression verse vulnerability for this moment. Witnessing our play in our being, we can often observe our words and actions which can be suppressing our feelings, yet we can only recognise our full expression when we are open to all fields of play. When working in processes and structured environments, pretty much life, it can be overcome by evidential ways to play, in this and we disconnect from our own being in play and the feeling playground becomes filtered by what I would call a roller door of protection in expression, in that we can dismiss having to deal with, as we have convinced our self we understand it and justify it through processes or structures. Often many of us have created the roller door philosophy from a very young age in protection with dealing with our feelings or emotions. As much as feelings and emotions seem to reveal themselves as the same playgrounds, just as they identify in word difference, so do they in energy playgrounds of consciousness. Literally all is one yet independently an expression of it all with a flair of perspective in its expression. I liken it to a label or even our name, an identity. Identity has many fragments in experience, in that it gives us an understanding of itself in expression yet at the same time it fragments itself from the whole, for as soon as we think it, we make it so and it was nothing before we made it. Many of us have nulled the ability to feel it all because it reveals a vulnerable aspect of our self in which we may feel a weakness to be seen. Yet vastly what many see as a weakness is the strength in our being in that we bring to an awareness of expression, the flow of all the expressions in our experiences which are offered in the whole field. An art in play would allow this expression to be as it is, come, express and be as it plays, yet offers us the ultimate experience of its presence in that moment. In reference to the feeling playground, in which we all feel, yet in many depths of awareness, attachments, vulnerability or suppression I think to personally understand how it plays for each one, is a subject to identifying within our own vulnerability in being truthfully honest with where we know our self in this moment for who we are and who we are not, yet funnily enough we are all of it, and how we see it, so it is. To play in the whole field is not limiting a field or way in being. Once we formulate a way to play we have now consolidated it to a limited source in being. Just as I have in a way that I am delivering this. It is really the curiosity that plays in the moment that reveals to me the depth of feeling is only known by the depth in living, in that the depth of knowing that becoming nobody is just as powerful than that of becoming somebody! Its if we could put into words it would be a continuous tap, a flow of water, every drop among the flow is as separated as we make it, yet fully in flow of its expression. Whether we turn the tap off to the flow, is purely like a reflection in experiencing feelings, in that, once we turn the tap it can formulate pressure and build up and burst the pipes. How many of us are living in not feeling, or suppressed feelings, or attached in our feelings, stuck in the playground of feelings, or flowing the vulnerability of the feelings as it plays? r

As the ocean bows it’s head in reflection... to the platform we view life from, it capitulates the experience of its expressions. Every moment is in constant fluidity, never stagnant, ever flowing, yet still in its essence with and abundant awareness of its full environment presentation. Many drops make an ocean, as in many thoughts that make a consciousness, in creating a life reality in reflection. Contemplation of the experience ... is an awareness moment of knowing we are it all, yet not it in being... an expression of an experience... yet of no experience at all... and likewise pondering this is pondering nothing... yet experiencing nothing... as it is in something, if it was to express itself as something. 121227518_713883475872640_7524561372963662229_n

Our unsettled soul... our being and our underlying graffiti, trying to get our attention of how a natural rhythm beats, a natural dance flows and our filters covering our authentic rhythm can only play the tune we dance too. We can cover it with a formulated expression, it too can become an art piece, yet in its natural surroundings everything is exposed, as the beat of nature shares a less uncorrupted way and shows us our authentic reflection in play! gt

Life in reflection of the game, is won before it’s started.. our participation is nothing but pure entertainment.. our role is purely what we believe... and life itself looks after itself with or without any contribution at all ... the illusion is our self and our attachment to the game itself ... for nothing is anything until we make it something... so how attached have we become to the label of our name, our “self” playing human and the game ... life itself? be

In a moment of reflection in direction of ones being, brings us to a point of where to play and who is playing... For the growth is obviously in the unknown and as one ventures their discovery, it is shared and pondered with those that join the adventure. Some will leave to climb another mountain yet if we all play on the same mountain how can we discover new arenas, new views and new perspectives. Inspiration is not mouth feeding that of what we know, it’s feeding our self outside our boundaries of limitations and in that it feeds us all. It expands the what if’s and opens up new opportunities in discovery. So when contemplating an old playground that’s familiar to us albeit unfamiliar to many who haven’t played there... realise all is offered to the whole playground in evolution and what we open our self too, allows more to be experienced. Be aware of bringing a backpack full of beliefs and ways into a new arena to play.. throw the backpack away and let what flows through us, be discovered by us, as it plays. r

Consciousness shift is liking it's awareness to learning to drive a car... from a manual to an automatic... as we change gear we can effectively feel the speed or slowing down, the expansion or retraction... and then once we adopt it as a being, it becomes like an automatic... just like subconscious programming... yet the art of being present in the moment allows us to adapt and shift as if we are first learning to drive a manual with awareness and focus, and the ease of an automatic... without a need of control. r1
