Lover of all things fantasy, wife, mom, and former educator describes Aimee Halpin.  “I love to use quotes to express my feelings and to get people thinking.  When I sit down to write I’m never quite sure where it will take me.”  She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher certification in 2015 and recently completed additional training in helping others cope with pain and arthritis through a yoga practice.  She has taught workshops for women around the world about letting go of what is holding them back.
She started her blog to help others fight illness and still maintain hope.  From her years of research the Head|Heart|Health program was born as a way to help others realize that they too had the power to say “This is not how the story is going to end.”  She changed the course of her illnesses and has helped others take back their lives.  You can find her on her Facebook page The Burned Hand, in many e-zines, and her quotes have even appeared in a few books promoting inspiration around the world.
