In the world of consulting and high-level project management, we often talk about “capacity.” We focus on how much we can handle, how fast we can pivot, and how effectively we can lead. But we rarely discuss how we replenish that capacity.

For me, that replenishment happens in the “hollows”—those quiet, intentional spaces where we can drop the professional mask and process what’s actually moving beneath the surface.

What to expect:

While my background is rooted in the “dirt and boots” of the construction industry and corporate leadership, these ceremonies are where I lean into my spiritual practice. We will use ceremonial-grade cacao as a facilitator for heart-centered meditation, sound healing, and deep internal work.

A Living Experience:

These aren’t “boxed” sessions. Each ceremony is built around the specific needs, challenges, and energy of the group that gathers. It is a collaborative, transparent environment designed for those who lead others and need a place where they can, for a moment, be led.
