    Struggling with your daily water intake? Here are 6
    Things you can do! 👇🏼

    1. Add flavor to your water. May it be something as simple as adding some lemon or honey into your water or getting yourself a water bottle with flavored pods, adding an extra flavor always makes it better!

    2. Keep your bottle or glass nearby. Always make sure that you have easy access to your water bottle even when you’re working.

    3. Choose sparkling or mineral water over soda, as tempting as it may be 🥲

    4. Drink a glass everytime you finish a task. Consider other a reward for finishing something!

    5. Use an app to track your water intake. Tracking your water consumption can be really hard! But thankfully we have tons of apps that can easily track how much water you take in seconds!

    6. Eat more water rich foods. Fruits like melons, strawberries and pineapple are just a few examples. They are both delicious and healthy! Plus they will definitely keep you hydrated 😉
