“The Angel Uriel came unto me and said: ’Go into a field of flowers, where no house is builded, and eat only the flowers of the field – Taste no flesh, drink no wine, but eat flowers only… And then I will come and talk to thee ’ so I went my way into the field which is called ARDATH.”
– The Prophet Esdras, as written in The Apocrypha

Words of wisdom from an ancient text… We don’t know what we are missing if we have never had it. If you have never had ice cream, you can’t miss ice cream.

The same applies to Higher Consciousness. As we move into the Paradigm of Light, there is so much discussion on how to achieve enlightenment, or at the very least, reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, through meditation and getting a good night’s sleep.

Try @AponaHealingMethod Sessions (Reiki plus Holistic Coaching) and see what deeper connection you experience. You might just enjoy a good night’s sleep, deeper meditation and the delicious taste of Higher Consciousness. I am here to help.
