I am so excited to share with you today! I’ve been a little quiet lately, which isn’t really like me but I’ve been deep in preparation mode. Preparing for what I am calling in next!

And, that is a very good question to ask yourself. If everything you are working towards arrived tomorrow, would you be prepared? I asked myself this, and the answer was NO. If 10,000 people joined my monthly challenge club tomorrow, I am not prepared. My welcome emails are half done, I don’t have a welcome video/tour, and I don’t have the team to handle that level of customer support. What I do have is a lot of great challenges and content, that I know can help people create the lives they want, but if they arrive and my program is confusing, they won’t stay, and they won’t get results. Boom. Wake up call.

Think about it, are you prepared for what you are asking for? And, if not how can you get prepared?

I’ve been working on building my team, new systems, planning for the rest of the year and an Elevate with Gael launch! It’s exciting but it can also be stressful. What if it doesn’t work? What if it was a bad idea to close a successful business and start over again? What if I can’t pay myself and my team?

It’s so easy for these fears to pop up and dominate everything. I see it in my coaching clients too.
