From the seat on my couch perspective… and consciousness playground perspective…

The frequency in questioning, can be limiting the options for fields to play in… for example “Does that bother you” now creates fields into formulation of bothering… once again a question can only vibrate and create reactive realities, playgrounds, life, that are where we are currently functioning from. So if the formula in question read… “How did that feel?” We have now moved out of a possible victim consciousness into an empowering self opportunity to identify our connection with the experience, in the whole field. Again both fields are reflective in seeing things as separate and only we can give them a value, in playing life.

It is all in our storytelling which becomes our reality, so awareness in delivery of what we are looking for also has an effect on the outcome.

I am not saying don’t offer… I think offering an opportunity in sharing a perspective opens more fields for those limited in seeing that way… yet whether it is a right way or wrong way… we will make it so by how we tell or share our story. Our own self awareness in what we are delivering effects the whole field in play.

I feel it is about empowering curiousity about the game, life, fields of experiences through the moments that arise and for example if we play the so called competitive (limiting expression to an experience) or moreso “passionate love of the game” (higher frequency) it will be a more organic unfolding. Neither really can be higher or lower, organic or inorganic, yet reflectively we seem to enjoy one more than the other, yet none carry any value only the value in that we carry of it in our self through the experience.

The understanding of feeling in a playground has almost come to a point in recognising the programmed way we are led to think we feel and can be truly disconnected to the actual feeling experience itself. Our language formula is often delivered in implicating an expression in delivery to be understood yet to understand has a depth of awareness in there is no thing to understand. As we let is flow, it comes and goes, as we do so in the reality we call life. Yet to feel is an experience to be had and many of us have filtered the experience from such a programmed life time that we actually don’t realise the feeling experience we play in, is, and has been formulated and set up residence. It’s not flowing and free of expression its a consolidated understanding of what we have given an interpretation, in that an attachment to the experience and a way to play the experience often defending the essence in that it flows to formulate a limited outcome in doing so. Our vulnerability has structured protection, control and security from a shield we have formulated, or a field in that we continuously turn up to play in.

As the saying goes, the student is us, as much as we are the student, as much as we are the field as we are not the field… for me I think its powerful to be touched by the essence of the experience and play the feeling playgrounds and allow it to flow, as it is, albeit uncomfortable or pleasant, both those are what we have formulated and associated our thinking it to be so, yet an opportunity of experiencing a natural flow… if there is a flow. wa
