Lover of all things Holistically Healthy and Fitness related!  I'm an avid runner and use different kinds of strength training to keep myself mentally and physically healthy.  My diet is a plant-based vegan style diet always trying to eat nutritiously dense and nourishing foods.  You can find me preparing simple, yummy dishes in my kitchen rather than exploring restaurant fair.  My healthy ways have also translated into a more spiritual lifestyle which has brought me and those around me a more loving vibe.
