My name is Shira Taylor Gura.  I am an occupational therapist, yoga instructor and well-being coach. My book, S.T.U.C.K - Five Simple Steps to Emotional Well-Being will be published in May, 2016.

I am the creator of The S.T.U.C.K. Method ( promoting emotional well-being for oneself, at home, and at work.

I facilitate workshops and presentations to corporations, educational and community settings based on The S.T.U.C.K. Method.

My mission is to bring this message to as many people who are seeking it to their lives.
