Sarah is a hatha yoga instructor, focusing on meditation in movement and focused breath work. Sarah loves to heal herself and others with nutrition (and lots of baked goods!). Food is the foundation for living life in balanced and strives to support others make healthy food choices by teaching and living by example. She is currently in school for holistic nutrition and is excited to expand her knowledge base and build her nutrition business.
