I provide one-on-one coaching and online courses geared to inspire you to make pro-health choices in the area of nutrition. I help my clients and students get their act together around food. Most of the people with whom I work are dealing with some or all of the following challenges:

Unwanted pesky weight
Impending specific health challenges and diagnosis
Exhaustion and depletion
Being hooked on the wrong kinds of food and drink
Confusion about which dietary practice to adhere to
Frustration around cravings
Overwhelmed by stress and feeling too busy all of the time

As a Health and Nutrition Coach I have the good fortune of working with women and men who are ready to restore balance to their lives and nourishment to their bodies. This is a transformational journey insofar as getting yourself squared away around food plus nourishing your body and feeding your soul are life changing. For anyone who simply cannot live with the shackles of food addiction, food obsession, or habits of poisoning their bodies, Health Matters Coaching may provide the on ramp to a new more vitality-filled version of themselves.

Drawing from a variety of resources, I provide my clients and students with guidance to deepen their awareness of and connection to their bodies. This leads to an emerging sense of self-healing.
