Phyllis T. Strupp, MBA, is an award-winning author and brain training expert. Her passion is to get people excited about their brain assets and the power of neuroplasticity. Her programs provide effective tools and techniques for boosting brain performance in attention, learning and memory at all ages.
Phyllis' 2016 book Better with Age: The Ultimate Guide to Brain Training introduces a pioneering approach to "use it or lose it" based on successful outcomes from her 10 years of experience in brain coaching. Her first book, The Richest of Fare: Seeking Spiritual Security in the Sonoran Desert won the 2005 Independent Publisher best mind/body/spirit book award.
She earned a “Brain Research in Education” Certificate from the University of Washington in Seattle in 2009, and served on the faculty of the Episcopal Church's CREDO Clergy Wellness Program from 2005-2011. Her background includes an MBA in finance from Columbia University and a 30-year business career.
