Monique Blake is a WellBEing Expert, Educator and Lifestyle Designer. Over the last nineteen years, she has been whole-heartedly committed to helping her clients rediscover and full express radiant health.
Monique received a BA from Hofstra University. Shortly afterwards, she received her massage certification from the Wat Po Traditional School of Medicine (the oldest school of Traditional Thai Massage) in Bangkok, the Aroya Ashram in Katmandu and Lindsey Hopkins in Miami. She completed her MS in Hospitality Management at FIU in 2009 and graduated from Sai Ayurvedic College as a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2012. In 2013, she graduated from McFatter’s Culinary Arts program as a chef.
In 1997, Monique founded Be-ing In Touch, Inc. The company’s vision is to empower clients to live a life of balance and bliss. Be-ing In Touch, Inc. provides a variety of holistic services that educate and enhance total wellbeing for the mind, body and soul. Healing modalities offered include Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, Massage Therapy and the Tarot. Monique is a FL CEU provider who organizes and facilitates lectures and conferences. She consults and trains for major spas worldwide.
Monique resides in Florida where she has been teaching massage therapy for the last 13 years. She is currently adjunct faculty for Broward College’s Massage Therapy Program. She also volunteers on the Florida Spa Association’s Advisory Board. In her leisure time, Monique loves to travel the globe enjoying a variety of spa and culinary adventures.
