Michaelene Ruhl, PsyD
In a world where we are taught to bury our pain or manage it alone through medications, drugs & alcohol, therapy, or self-help books, we create loving and compassionate space that nourishes connection among seekers ready to cultivate peace. For themselves, their relationships, and their communities.
It takes more than talk therapy, prescription medications, and self-help books to begin to heal and build peace within.
If we build peace within, it will be carried on our wings through our journeys, our relationships, and our communities.
Building peace within requires connecting with others in community, and having a loving and compassionate place to land.
Having an accepting, loving, compassionate place to land allows us to be authentic, vulnerable, and courageous, to begin or continue on our journeys of exploring, connecting, and transforming.
We believe in your ability to connect and transform!
Our seekers have come to deal with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, career changes, relationship (family and otherwise) challenges and issues, life transitions, trauma, addiction, abuse, and more. DFJ welcomes all who are 17 years old or older, individuals or couples, does not discriminate, is an LGBTQ ally, and is grateful for those who have served in the military. (Military discount available.)
