Jessica Kishpaugh is a Certified Nutrition Health & Lifestyle Coach and a Wellness Speaker/Trainer. She helps women to create happier, wholesome, balanced lives, and to empower them with confidence to live a life of health and freedom. Jessica focuses on self care as the core component in assisting her clients in mindful eating, stress and time management, and in achieving weight loss goals. Jessica offers private and group coaching programs to women and she leads workshops and trainings on various wellness topics such as sugar habits, eating for energy, family wellness, beating the burnout, mindfulness and relaxation, and self care. Jessica graduated from one of the top health coaching schools, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition and lifestyle coaching. She was trained in innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories, such as Ayurveda, gluten-free, paleo, raw, vegan, and macrobiotics. Jessica is also currently studying to receive a second certification in sports nutrition from Precision Nutrition.
Jessica is a mom of two young boys and she helps similar busy moms implement family wellness practices and healthy living strategies into their lives. Jessica is a runner and a triathlete, a huge Disney fan, enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel.
Jessica is also a recovering attorney, having practiced law for 11 years as an attorney for the New York City Department of Education and as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.
