Welcome!  I’m Jennifer Whitacre, an Empowerment Strategist.

 em·pow·er·ment /əmˈpouərmənt/ – the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights.

As a WU BEST HELP featured member, and in light of the current COVID 19 crisis, I have drastically reduced my rates and combined them with a sliding scale.  Within the sliding scale, pay what you can afford!

  • Single session: $111 (floor) — $222 (ceiling)
  • 3 months:  $2220 (floor) — $2850 (ceiling)
  • 6 months:  $4880 (floor) — $5580 (ceiling)

I work with clients who are ready to create empowerment through self awareness so they can interrupt the cycles and feedback loops that lead to undesirable outcomes, such as self-sabotage, anxiety, anger issues, depression, generalized unhappiness, and overwhelm.

I help you understand yourself on a deeper level.  By becoming aware of your own subtle, thoughts & behaviors, I guide you to discover the seed(s) that created your patterns (both helpful and unhelpful) in the first place. By getting to the root of the issue, you’ll gain a new awareness of how your own patterns of thought, behavior, emotion, and perception are either moving your forward or holding you back in life. Once you see these subtleties within yourself, you can finally learn to trust yourself, feel empowered, and stand confident in your decisions.

I spent too many years spinning my own wheels.  I know all too well how jagged and knotted it feels inside when you feel lost, overwhelmed and stuck when all you want is to have enough energy and to know what to do.  Like you, I’ve experienced loneliness in a room full of people, mistrust among family and friends, disconnection from myself, and despair that sent me to the brink of a mental health crisis. From the outside looking in, I appeared to be successful, balanced, and happy. On the inside, I was imploding.

During those years, I was attending any and every personal-development workshop I could find. I was grasping at straws for some one… some thing… to fix me. Then, I started to discover my own intuition and the power of living by my core values.

Because I’ve learned a number of ways to raise my self-awareness, I now approach life more confidently, more empowered, more decisive, and more trusting of my own instincts. It has made a world of difference in my life, and I so badly want that for you!

I do not want life-long clients.

My goal is to teach you skills that you’ll feel confident using for yourself because that’s where true empowerment lies. I’ll give you tools you can use to manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm, worry, fear, anger, and other troublesome emotions.  You’ll learn how to shift out of those unhealthy habits that create emotional triggers and vicious cycles.  You’ll learn how to maintain a solution-focused mentality.

Learn the skills to manage your knee-jerk reactions and you’ll have the ability to respond to life’s curveballs and live a fulfilling life.

I have a lifetime of experience in learning to manage my own troublesome emotions, and over 10 years experience working with clients in my private practice as an Expert Myofascial Therapist.  During that time period, my Empowerment Strategy program emerged as I realized that structural work simply wasn’t enough. Too often I could see the connections between a client’s physical health and an underlying emotional issue; or the link between a spiritual crisis and elevated levels of physical pain, for example.

When I started to look beyond the physical structure to work with the entire being, something magical started to happen.  My clients started to get better, and they stopped coming in to see me! That’s exactly what I wanted to happen! I LOVE seeing Confident, Free, Empowered, former clients who are experiencing more success, more independence, and more fulfillment in their lives
