Glenda A. Gill is an author, health coach, freelance writer, and speaker. In her powerful debut book, LEAD Yourself to Optimum Health with Plant-Based Nutrition, Glenda changes the way we think about food and empowers us to take charge of our health and prevent or reverse chronic diseases with a whole foods, plant-based diet.
Glenda became passionate about health and nutrition in 2014, when she completed the eCornell Certificate Program in Plant-Based Nutrition, created by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. As a life-long learner and health & fitness ethusiast, her passion was fueled to implement whole foods, plant-based diet and to share what she learned with others.
She received her Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. The Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). In addition, she has earned degrees in English (B.A.) and Business Administration (MBA).
